We will give you your first set of aligners, which you will wear for 1 week. Every 2 weeks after that, we will give you a new set of aligners with small adjustments made to them. Over time, your teeth will become straighter as they adjust to the changes in your trays. Expect to wear your aligners for around 22 hours a day, only removing them to eat, drink, brush, and play sports or wind instruments.

You can expect checkup appointments throughout your treatment to make sure you're on track with your treatment plan and to ensure your aligners fit comfortably.
